The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce is a business advocacy organization representing approximately 550 members and a network of over 10,000 businesses through the provinces local chamber network. The Chamber is the voice of Saskatchewan business, making Saskatchewan the best place to live, work and invest.
We are seeking a motivated person to join our team as Director of Membership Development. This person is responsible for effectively marketing, networking and selling new Chamber memberships and sponsorships to the Saskatchewan business community by direct sales and through maintaining close working relationships with local chambers and businesses. This role will promote the benefits of membership to a range of audiences with the goal of annually increasing sales.
Due to the pandemic, this role will currently focus on networking and presenting to businesses virtually. Historically this person traveled within Saskatchewan and attended functions, sometimes outside normal working hours - while this is not possible in our current environment, we expect this person to take on this function again when it is safe and permitted to do so.
