Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the ERP Services Manager supervises a technical team of experts in the administration and evolution of systems in the ERP ecosystem, and plays a key role in administrative leadership and strategic planning across the institution.

The ERP Services Manager currently oversees three team leads in the areas of ERP Administration, ERP Student Systems, and ERP Finance & HR Systems. A total of 18 positions comprising of full-time staff distributed across the province report directly and indirectly to the manager. Part-time and student staff may also be included in the reporting structure as appropriate.
