We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team
Essential Skills:
-Daily Computer use must understand and be able to accurately use Quick books, accounts payable, accounts receivable
-Payroll
-Creating documents
-Excel spreadsheets
-Prepare financial statements and reports
-Prepare bank deposits
-Prepare and submits GST, PST, & other tax and government remittances
-Process R.O.E's & T'4's
-Complete all monthly business tasks within Quick books and the office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Answer phones, relay messages within the body shop, receive and process payments
- Provide positive customer service
- Team player - give assistance within the office and shop during busy times
