We are hiring a Product Advisor to help guide clients along their vehicle purchasing experience. You will act as a liaison, providing product/services knowledge to help the customer and clients make an informed and comfortable decision when making a large purchase like a brand new vehicle. We're looking for someone whose primary concern is helping the customer stay informed & comfortable throughout the process; eventually leading them to a sale.
The best Advisors are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and are committed to building rapport. A Product Advisor can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. A Product Advisor's job does not end when the client leaves the lot. This is so much more than making a sale; it's about building and maintaining a long term client relationship so they will always feel comfortable anytime they feel the need to reach out to us.
