The Saskatoon Construction Association (SCA) is committed to the continuity of providing exceptional service to its members. The SCA is searching for a motivated, personable and energetic individual to fill a full-time administration position on our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the small, hardworking team by providing the first point of contact to members and administrative support to the staff team.

Basic Accounting Inputs
Office Staff Support
Data Processing & Entry
Meeting Scheduling & Preparation
Communication / Correspondence Design & Writing
Website & Social Media Content & Updates
Construction Projects Information Support
Event Planning Support
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite & Accounting Software
Demonstrated organizational skills
Proven ability to manage information from multiple sources and prioritize competing deadlines
Self-motivation, be hard-working and have the ability to work with initiative
Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively with a in a changing environment with varying duties
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the company culture
Experience working in an office environment
Experience in the construction industry would be an asset
Understanding of Construction is considered an asset
