SKYLINE FARMS INC., located at NW 22-26-26 W2 Imperial, Saskatchewan S0G 2J0, Canada is looking to hire a Farm Operations Foreman for their 10,000 acre grain farm.  The successful applicant would be responsible to supervise maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.  They would be required to oversee and mentor seasonal help in the operations of an on farm mechanical repair shop.  They would be required to ensure farm safety, to monitor and maintain parts inventory and service records.  The successful applicant would also be required to operate farm equipment and perform general farm duties.

Requirements:  Experience managing or supervising equipment repair shop; ability to maintain quality control and service records; experience operating large farm equipment; fluent in English language; mechanically-inclined; ability to complete physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling and handling heavy loads; when necessary, willing to work long hours at crucial times of growing season; can work independently with minimal supervision; a team-player; has desire to learn new skills and adopt new technologies; with valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract.

Employment details:  Full-time for 2 years; employment start date as soon as possible; wage $25/hour; average 30 hours of work per week, more hours during peak periods; 2 weeks paid vacation for every year of completed employment; benefits according to applicable federal and provincial labour standards and workplace safety insurance are provided; accommodation available.
