Key responsibilities include:
*Work with our multi-disciplinary clinic team and the rest of our administrative group to provide our clients and patients with the high-quality Lead experience we have worked so hard to create.
*Practitioner and team onboarding! When we bring new clinicians or administrative support members onto our team, you are a big part of making their experience great
*Create, update, and deliver training and documentation for our administrative team. Having clear, easy to understand processes is the first step to allowing us to create a high-level client experience
*Become an expert with our web-based software systems, including Jane and third-party billing portals
*Have a solid understanding of paramedical insurance, direct billing, workplace accident claims, and motor vehicle accident claims so that you can manage and coordinate insurance billing and payments. You will also coordinate with insurance companies as required to ensure smooth operations for the clinic and our clients
*Take ownership of the settings area of Jane, which includes researching and implementing feature improvements, adding and managing treatment options, and ensuring all features of our system are correct and working smoothly for our team and our clients
*Provide leadership and support to our clients, to our administrative team, our clinicians and to Jana, our owner

We are seeking someone who has at least 2 years of leadership experience at the clinic management level. You know how to deal with stuff that comes up and you thrive on problem solving, human resources management and supporting what this business is about to its very core educating, inspiring and moving the clients and patients who choose to walk through our doors!
