Facility: YORKTON REGIONAL HEALTH CENTRE
Job Description: The Office Administrator is responsible for providing confidential administrative support for the Director of Health Services - Central and Managers at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. This position will also be accountable for the efficient operation of the Administrative Office at Yorkton Regional Health Centre, inclusive of the management of the Office Administrative Assistants within that office, the Unit Clerks on the nursing units at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre and the Porters.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Combination of Office Education Certificate and office management experience would be considered
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years office management experience in an administrative, supervisory and /or management capacity.
Health related experience and/or working in a health care setting would be an asset.
Finance and budgeting experience would be considered an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational abilities
Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

High level of competency
Must be proficient in all computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation applications
