Facility: LA RONGE SITE
Job Description: The Public Health Nurse (PHN) provides services to the community, groups, families, and individuals. These services include components of health promotion, disease and injury prevention, health education, community development and facilitation of client services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
- One years public health nursing experience is preferred

Other:
- Possession of a valid CPR Basic Life Support and Level C Certificate
- Possession of a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
