At Rapid Lawn its all about PEOPLE our customers, our vendors, and most importantly, our valued staff! We are a rapidly growing landscape company headquartered in Regina, SK. In order to keep up with our steady growth, we are seeking a dynamic individual to assist our business operations from an office administration level.
As we are a seasonal business, we are looking for someone in-office full time during our busy summer months (April-October) and part time flexible (even home based) during our slower months (Nov-March). Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, have some basic administrative experience, but we are looking for more than that!
Basic duties to include:
Answering phones, take and log messages into our CRM system, promptly respond to all phone, email and social media inquiries, keep a schedule for the owner/manager and other key staff, data entry, billing, customer follow-ups etc.
But thats not all! We REALLY want an amazing ROCKSTAR that can also handle the following:

Manage our internal estimating, scheduling & CRM software systems, bookkeeping duties such as submitting payroll to our external bookkeeper, on-boarding of new staff, screen job applicants, communicate with clients, order materials with vendors, keep track of inventory, assist with marketing and advertising, assist in safety meetings and protocols, update our website and social media channels, and more...
