ISM Canada is seeking an Analyst that will design, writes, test, install and support low to medium complexity business software and program specifications, and may analyze and develop solutions for specific client/business needs.

Work involves low to moderately complex projects, applications, and assignments. The position may be called upon to plan and schedule projects, and plans own work with concern for related activities. The position may provide technical guidance to staff members.

The position solves problems within framework of technical knowledge and established guidelines. Work is performed under supervision and reviewed upon completion. Tasks of lower complexity may be performed independently. Non-standard techniques or recommendations for action on complex problems are referred to supervisor.

The Analyst understands customer requirements with direction, executes assignments to meet specifications, and recognizes own contribution to customer satisfaction.
