About the role:

The successful candidate must be a team player able to both lead and collaborate with a reputation for integrity and a focus on service excellence and innovation in their work.

You will:

Lead and coach a professional team who are dedicated to providing quality service and support to our clients;

Manage day-to-day client service, while ensuring consistent delivery and compliance within program parameters;

Clearly and accurately explain and communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex legislation, programs and processes to others to allow for clear and immediate understanding by the target audience;

Lead in change processes relating to new policies, procedures, technologies within the team, and across the Ministry; and/or

Establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships with colleagues within the Ministry and with other community stakeholders to deliver necessary services that are aligned with the Ministrys goals.
