Looking for a career change? Ever wonder how an Ambulance is made?
Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a Field Service & Technical Assistance Specialist to add to our Customer Care Team.
Ideally the individual would be remotely based in Alberta in the Red Deer, Calgary or Edmonton areas.
The Field Service & Technical Assistance Specialist key responsibilities include:
    Coordinate with service centres to have service work completed on Bus and Ambulance products in a timely manner and on budget, or when necessary perform repairs in the field at customers sites.
    Perform Diagnostics and repairs in the field at customer sites
    Train customers, technicians, operators, dealer staff and fellow team members on Maintenance requirements, Basics of operation, Ambulance and Bus system basics, OEM system maintenance, procedures, processes, and operation, System maintenance and repair
    Interact with customers, service centres, customer repair facilities, and staff to provide guidance and technical advice to ensure customer uptime is maximized and repairs meet our customers and companys expectations.
    Travel to various destinations across North America to provide on-site technical guidance and perform repairs when required.
    Maintain service records on vehicles, including proper documentation of problems, corrective action and service/warranty commitments.

Field Service & Technical Assistance Specialist will have:

    A minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service and parts sales is required
    High degree of knowledge related to automotive mechanical and electrical systems
    Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, system schematics, parts and maintenance manuals is required
    Experience as an Automotive Technician, RV Technician
