Job Description: The Primary Health Care (PHC) Office Integration Facilitator is accountable to coordinate and facilitate the smooth implementation of improved access to primary health care service. The Incumbent is accountable for liaison, support and integration of best practice office processes from office to office to support the Primary health care clinicians in their clinical practice primarily in the Nipawin area. The incumbent is to develop methods of office efficiency, maintain progress through policy development and continual process review in Primary Health Care sites, all of which involves sensitive information from multiple sites. This position is responsible to provide support all primary health care clinics in the region regarding quality data retrieval issues, new programs instillations and process management. This position shall develop extpertise in electronic medical records and will support the implementation of the primary health care electronic medical record throughout the region. This facilitator will be the first point of contact for all offic staff in primary health care sites.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-possess a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, or a combination of relevant education and experience to include a recognized business program, data analysis and computer systems knowledge
-minimum of two years experience in the health care sector in an administrative role
-experience with Med Access EMR is desirable

-demonstrated competence with computer systems and software and has logical, common sense approach to problem solving
-superior proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and outside agencies in a professional manner
