You will be working for ATAP Infrastructure Management Ltd. (ATAP), an affiliated company of Associated Engineering.
Duties and responsibilities:
Performing training, field service, and/or drawing review for project work
Initiating and assisting in preparation of project proposals
Soliciting budget pricing from contractors and vendors
Liaising with regulators, contractors, and vendors for coordination of proposal development
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating project activities
Attending group meetings and project meetings where required
Preparing correspondences, reports, presentation materials and other documents where required
Providing client, staff, and contractor contact for project requirements
Ensuring quality and quantity of material required for projects
Liaising with internal staff on proposals and project work
Business development at conferences, onsite, or by telephone where required
Performing maintenance of field equipment
Completing annual inventory of field equipment
What you will bring to the table:
Minimum Class 2 Operator certification in the WT / WD / WWT / WWC disciplines
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in proposal and project coordination
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Quick learner
Reliable and able to maintain confidential information
Proficient writing skills for the preparation of proposals, reports, and project correspondence
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills to support your communication with project teams, contractors, and clients
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of business systems is an asset
Project management experience is an asset
Experience working in a technical, contracting, or engineering environment is an asset
Possess a valid class 5 driver's license
Willingness and ability to travel
