Crestline Coach Ltd. is currently looking for an Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead.
We are looking for a an Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead who has automotive mechanical and electrical service experience.
As an Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead you will:
Proactively lead team members in the performance of day-to-day activities in a Lean manufacturing environment
Provide clear expectations to team members for results, while providing continual feedback, motivation, direction & coaching to achieve work objectives
Monitor and address output & productivity issues including meeting of production targets, cycle time & process quality standards
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement
Implement inspection procedures to improve end products, reduce costs and enhance quality
Conduct annual performance evaluations
Actively participate in disciplinary procedures when necessary
Actively participate in new hire recruitment
As an Automotive Manufacturing Team Lead you will have:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Previous experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is an asset
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with 12 volt electrical systems and test equipment
