Description

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Newcomer Orientation and Language Assessments (NOLA), the Program Worker will work as a floating team member to provide direct client services to both the LARC and NAARS Programs for the purposes of needs assessments, settlement planning, external referrals, data entries, report writing and client follow ups.

The person in the position would also be required to adopt trauma informed practice, anti- oppressive, feminist and gender-based principles in conducting client services.
