In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world; we are looking for a Branch Manager for Kelvington.

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders in the Kelvington location. Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location.

Duties will include but not be limited to: Developing, implementing and managing marketing and action plans to increase market share; Working with General Manager on pricing of multi-deals, key customer acquisitions and targeted competitive customers; Supporting the stores over-all efforts to achieve financial performance by reviewing reporting and providing input as needed; Ensuring appropriate communication at the location; Supporting corporate in implementing changes; Developing and maintaining a positive relationships; Providing input to the hiring, development and coaching, evaluation, and effectiveness of the team within store.

The ideal candidate will have Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field; Combination of education and experience may be considered; management experience; In-depth knowledge of the ag industry, combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operations; demonstrated experience in leading others.
