Description

The Psychological Health & Safety (PH&S) Program Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately, and learn independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent customer service and phone skills are required. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to professionally develop to further advance their skills and career are desirable values.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in executive level projects when requested
Work closely with the Business Development team to understand priorities and directions of new business partnerships and contracts
Manage mental health training workshop scheduling, manage and liaise with PH&S Program Facilitators, Feedback and document control
Complete CBAs and revenue projections for executive team
Service Agreement creating, editing, and updating for customers and partners
Aid in RFP writing, proofreading, formatting, and submission
Manage and plan monthly staff meetings to ensure all staff are kept updated on current projects
Create and regularly update Bridges Health sales presentations and orientations
Design and/or write physical marketing items including brochures, information packages, posters, etc.
Internal and external event planning
Monitor job postings, pre-screen resumes, set up interviews, arrange new employee setup and provide orientations
Develop, manage, and execute company social media/marketing strategies

Experience & Competencies Required
Office Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent
Previous office experience from a reputable company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Previous experience in marketing and social media management considered an asset
