Are you passionate about doing meaningful work?  Do you care about water as one of our most important resources?  Water Security Agency is seeking a Project Engineer, Irrigation to join the Irrigation Development team.
As a Project Engineer, Irrigation you will provide professional engineering project management services to a broad range of activities directly related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of water resource management and/or infrastructure management projects.  
When required, you will provide direction to engineering consultants hired to undertake project work; prepare project proposals and applications for regulatory approvals; and liaise with regulators, landowners and other stakeholders who hold a direct or indirect interest in project development.  
Your clients will be external (i.e. rural municipalities and consultants) and other internal units. You will work among a diverse and passionate team of professionals from various disciplines of engineering and contribute to projects that will have an impact province-wide.
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline, a licence to practice professional engineering from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and related experience will be assessed.
