As Project Supervisor/Superintendent with our client, you will manage all operational elements of Road & Highway Maintenance projects in Saskatchewan, working in collaboration with the Project Manager.  Explore this newly created FULL-TIME YEAR-ROUND position with a reputable Employer based in in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As a valued member of the team, you will provide leadership in managing crews, movements, daily operations, traffic, trucking and procurement on highway maintenance/repair projects.   Ensure ongoing and timely communication with the Project Manager, and monitor/ensure safety standards are met.  

As the successful candidate you will bring 10+ years of progressive leadership and experience in road building including highways maintenance and repair, i.e. joint and crack sealing, surface repair, seal coating, equipment and asphalt/patching materials, traffic accommodation, etc.
