Meridian Surveys is a leading survey firm with offices in major centers in Saskatchewan and Alberta. We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Saskatoon Office.
Our ideal candidate would be well organized, capable of critical thinking, possess customer service skills and have excellent time management skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones in a courteous manner
Correspondence with clients
File management
Filing
Creating spreadsheets
Invoice creation and cost tracking
Data entry
Taking credit card information over the phone
Knowledge of Land Surveying, Certificate or degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) will be considered assets.
Full Time, Permanent
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch
