Description

The Technical Client Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Services Technical Communications team, managing daily activity, team growth, and being the strategic center of the team

Responsibilities
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth within Marketing Services
Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
Take ownership of customers issues and facilitate resolution
Meeting Service Level Expectations
Improving Customer Satisfaction score for Marketing Services
Be technically and professionally proficient in process development and communications for partners, their clients, and internal teams Ability to understand the scope of work on all teams (core, digital ads and websites)
Oversee incoming orders and customer requests
Work with team members on escalations
Motivate teams to achieve SLAs
Support positive learning environment
Complete weekly 1on1s with team members and report team development
Manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment while helping the team reach goals
Ability to learn technical skills from both websites and digital advertising workflows
Ensure the team does not have any overdue or pending tasks and are meeting deadlines with projects

Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in a leadership role
Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
Websites, Digital Ads and Core Services process knowledge
WordPress, PHP, JS  and Divi knowledge
Strategic understanding of digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Google Tag Manager and Analytics)
