The ideal candidate is someone who brings lasting enthusiasm, has a genuine love for seniors and has a genuine can do attitude. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of two to five years experience in a related environment. Post-secondary education preferred and/or a demonstrated background in sales. The winning candidate will have superior communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and always with diplomacy. Being the person that is first to meet our customers, it is imperative that you are able to make a positive first impression. You enjoy people and your interpersonal skills are highly developed. Being able to multi-task and stay organized is your strength. Along with your superior people skills, you are experienced with various office software and administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for marketing suites and services in accordance with established sales procedures to ensure occupancy targets are met
Conducts tours of the residence
Develops and implements an annual marketing plan
Completes and submits all marketing reports by specific deadlines/including weekly accommodation report.
Maintains awareness of industry trends and activities
Seeks out appropriate media relations opportunities
Develops and implements a community outreach plan which may include trade shows, speaking engagements, sponsorships, membership in community organizations and events
Facilitates a smooth transition for new residents by coordinating move-ins
