The position will encompass the following three aspects: Safety, Sustainability, & Human Resources. The following is a brief breakdown of some of the required day to day tasks:

Safety 25%:
1. Manage and facilitate the Safety Program
2. Ensure all OH&S, Alamo Group and Schulte regulations and policies are being complied with at the company and employee levels
3. Participate as the Co-Chair of the OH&S committee
4. Conduct new hire safety orientation

Sustainability 25%:
1. Create and implement sustainability projects related to energy/water conservation, GHG emissions reduction and waste recycling
2. Research an review regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability

Human Resources 50%:
1. Perform high volume resume and application screening
2. Assist in the delivery, development and preparation of employee orientation and onboarding
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with all necessary parties
