We have an exciting opportunity in the City Planning & Community Development Division. Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for business support services for our area. You will have experience with long and short term planning, performance management, process improvement, budgeting, as well as policy and project work. Your track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, developing, and delivering on plans and playing an integrator role within organizations is exceptional. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a building your dynamic team to deliver these services.
If you are proactive and goal-orientated and have the ability to lead and influence people, this may be an opportunity for you. You will have demonstrated exceptional facilitation and communication skills in past roles where you were known as a leader that embraces change.
