Job Description
F45 Lakewood SC is looking for eager, talented Personal Trainers to become part of our growing team. You will be ready to challenge yourself with a number of different levels of members who look to you for inspiration, form correction while you command presence in a group environment.
If you are a confident, knowledgeable, and energetic personal trainer with loads of personality, this is the position for you. Our team is a driving force behind clients achieving their fitness goals and wellness.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Demonstrate and deliver highly quality F45 workouts
Greet and check-in members to class before each class and get them ready to work out
Ensure the safety of members with regards to heart rate and exercise technique, providing exercise modifications when required
Ensure the training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class, and make sure that washrooms are restocked and clean
Be key part of the sales process
Follow and uphold all Covid-19 Protocols for the safety of everyone
You must have the following:
Nationally recognized personal training certification (CanFit Pro or equivalent)
Experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
Current First-Aid/CPR Certificate with AED
Must live in the Saskatoon Area
Wages will be paid as an hourly base rate + a per session bonus based on experience.
