We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. This position is responsible for ensuring that the training and development activities for the Manufacturing site meet the business needs.

The Qualified Candidate will have:
-Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management or Management, Adult Education, or related field.

The ideal Candidate will have:
-Experience in the development and delivering of training.
-Direct knowledge of different training methodologies, training needs assessment, and training material creation.
-Experience as lead speaker to small and large groups of people.
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
