We are hiring a full time Accountant with strong customer service skills to help keep us growing. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, have great communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a person with integrity, who is dependable, detail orientated, and a quick learner.


Job Overview:
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Prepare month-end & year-end consolidated financial statements
- Provide reports for management
- Set up and audit financial and administrative systems
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Assisting with customer service and sales

Requirements:
- Management experience
- Relative education (ie: Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline)
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles specific to manufacturing in Canada
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with high levels skills in Excel (power pivot and power query)
- Initiative in problem solving
- Strong business sense, excellent communications skills
- The ability to self-teach, strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- strong interest in continuous improvement, adaptable, and comfortable with change

Assets:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
