The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of individuals who support the behind the scenes of the Credit Union. The position works closely with other managers and team members within the credit union to build member relationships that add value and positively contribute to the credit unions strategic vision.

- Someone who is a team player and brings an energetic spark to work each day.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education in a related field.
- Seven to nine years of experience working in the financial industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent communication/listening skills and a strong desire to help others.
- Previous management and coaching experience with a proven track record of motivating and developing high performing teams is considered an asset.
