Description

Work closely with Chief & Council, Prevention Manager, School Staff and Mental Health Director/Director of Operations. The Navigator must maintain statistical and prepare monthly reports and other reports required by community and funding agencies. Work with Prevention Manager on workshops for the betterment of the community.
Assist with case plan management, identifying the need for family support services and resources available. Assist with case plan management. Also help with proposal writing and sending all documents for JP Proposals.
