Quill Creek Bison Limited is looking for Meat Cutter
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
2. Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount and freshness of products
3. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
4. Prepare special displays of meat
5. Keeping work station clean and sanitary
6. Ensure neat and proper display of meat products in the store
7. Report the procurement of sub-standard products or damages to the supervising manager
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Effective English communication
2. Good time management skills to work efficiently and consistently
3. Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment
WORKING HOURS: Workday shall begin at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm. 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week with a 60-minute break time per day and 2 varied days off.
WAGE/BENEFITS: $19/hour; 15 days paid vacation per year
