What youll do: Working closely with the Crop Input Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude to create a positive experience for customers;
Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies;
Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain a safe work environment;
Carryout daily inspection reports;
Loading and unloading of trucks;
Maintain Inventory;
Organize Chem Shed;
Co-ordinate deliveries;
Be willing to take training courses from time to time as the need arises;
Have a deep understanding of products;
come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You are passionate about a career in Agriculture and:
You are willing to take the pesticide dispenser certification;
You have valid class 5 drivers license;
You will be required to submit a drivers abstract;
You are willing to get a criminal records check;
You are highly motivated;
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
You believe in maintaining a respectful and honest work place;
Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted.
