Overview
The purpose of the position is to assist in the overall marketing and social media campaigns and other tasks of the department.
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement strategies across different channels.
Track and analyze social media and website metrics.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.
Foster and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners for marketing initiatives.
Address customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues effectively.
Act as liaison for the organization and answer written and oral inquiries.
Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
Performs other tasks related to the position as assigned by management.
