Our non-profit organization has an opening for a full-time Office Coordinator located at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Saskatoon Campus. This individual will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
-Data entry: invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, bank deposits and reconciliations.
-Overseeing the day-to-day front office operations including event sign-ups, textbook and transit sales.
-Overseeing provincial services such as student health and dental plan, legal consultation service and income tax service.
-Front office coverage and general office duties.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics accounting software, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, is engaging and energetic, can adapt to an everchanging environment and thrives in a fast-paced, team orientated work environment. Minimum educational requirement is a diploma from a recognized business college or equivalent education and experience.
