Willow Cree Health Services Corp (WCHS) is seeking a Medical Transportation Driver (MTD) responsible for the safe medical transportation of clients to medical appointments under the supervision of the Medical Transportation Coordinator (MTC).  The MTD will act as a liaison of WCHS and its clients. The MTD will perform the following duties:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Ensure communication with Medical Transportation Coordinator daily;
    Escort elderly and disabled clients to various medical appointments and programming when required;
    Maintain a Medical Transportation Log;
    Ensure that the Certificate of Medical Attendance forms are signed and returned to the MTC on a weekly basis;
    Maintaining the cleanliness and road safety of the WCHS vehicle (consider weather conditions, vehicle safety, and other passengers);
    Report all vehicle maintenance requirements to Medical Transportation Coordinator;
    Deal effectively with clients;

Must have Class1A or Class 4 SK Driver's license
