Southeast College is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator, Strategic Enrollment in Weyburn.
The position is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of registration services, including all aspects of the Student Information System (SIS), a Student Enrollment System (SEM), student marks and transcripts, registrations, staff training, system maintenance and modification.
This position is also responsible for student admissions including domestic and international, statistical reporting, and student financial assistance programs and in alignment with the Southeast College strategic recruitment plan and coordinated with Institutional Goals, Business Plan and Strategic Plan.
Typically, the knowledge, skills and abilities required to be successful in this position would have been obtained through:
- A bachelors degree in business, public administration, or computer science.
- Knowledge and experience of international education and international student recruitment will be considered a strong asset in combination with education.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in enrollment management, admissions, policy adherence, or student recruitment.
- Advanced knowledge of a Student Enrollment Management system and procedures, and Admission Management tools.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software application.
