Description

LaLoche Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter in LaLoche and the neighboring communities.

The Housing Authority has a seasonal opportunity for a self-motivated, results oriented Office Clerk to join the team for the busy summer months from May  October 2024.  

What you will do:
Reception duties in a busy office environment with high traffic and call volume
General office administration using Microsoft Office Suite
Prepare work orders for maintenance staff
Assist with daily mail
Provide excellent customer service

What we are looking for:
Relevant, hands on experience providing administrative support with a smile
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and comfortable using email
Strong communicator with a positive attitude committed to doing a great job
Ability to speak the Dene language

What you will need:
Grade 12 education
A valid drivers license

The position is expected to start as soon as possible for a term through to October 31, 2024.  
Wage is $14.00/hour.
