Responsibilities:
-Supervise the daily work of the Warehouse Staff and provide active mentoring and training for new employees
-Manage the Warehouse material cycle count program ensuring that counts are completed as scheduled
-Process Inventory Adjustment requests submitted by end-users
-Daily processing of bulk receiving of reagents
-Actively work with Finance and Purchasing Groups to resolve material receiving discrepancies as required
-Run the MRP stock replenishment program in SAP on the required frequency
-Complete all Warehouse month-end reporting requirements
-Work directly with individuals within various user departments to provide support on warehouse related challenges as required
-Ensure that dangerous goods shipping is compliant with TDG requirements
-Ensure yellowcake shipping is compliant with all internal and regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
-10+ years experience in warehousing at a senior level in an industrial setting
-Strong computer skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
-SAP experience is a requirement
-Able to maintain accurate records and reports
-Able to interact and develop effective working relationships
-Able to adjust to the cyclical nature of milling in regards to material requirements
-Excellent communication skills and leads by example
-Adapts and supports change positively and takes initiative
-Preference will be given to qualified Residents of Saskatchewans North (RSN). Athabasca residents will be given priority
Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
-Indoor and Outdoor work, in all weather conditions, is required
