We have a Full-time Accounting/Bookkeeping Technician position at A.M.A Bookkeeping and Tax Services.
Start Date: as soon as possible.
Compensation: $25.00/hr.
Full-time Monday to Friday(40hrs/week)
3 Weeks paid Vacation
Your duties as the Accounting/Bookkeeping Technician are as follows:
Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
Allocate and post financial transaction details to books
Complete Financial Statements
Reconcile and balance all accounts.
Maintain internal control systems
Prepare cheques, payments and bank deposits
Prepare and process payroll and remittances
Front line and contact for client.
Communicate with clients for documents and files
Maintain filing system for records
Proved support on programs for clients
Perform work and duties with great accuracy
Knowledge of Quick books, Sage 50, and other applications
