Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and goals of the Saskatchewan Oral Health Coalition.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and operations.
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to promote oral health initiatives.
Oversee fundraising activities, grant applications, and donor relationships to secure financial resources for the organization.
Manage the organization's budget, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to raise awareness of oral health issues and advocate for policy changes.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to measure impact and effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors, providing updates on organizational activities, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
