Description

Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor or Owner (depending on situation or area), the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:

o    Prepare correspondence, reports, statements
o    Cleaning duties to ensure office is well kept and clean
o    Operate office equipment, copiers, phone systems and other office associated equipment/tools
o    Verify, record and process forms and documents such as contracts and invoices
o    Conducts payment transactions with customers and clients
o    Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
o    Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers or supervisors
o    Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed or implemented
o    Other relevant administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

o    Grade 12 Education
o    1-2 years of administrative experience
o    Combination of education and experience may be considered
