The Ministry of Highways is seeking an Administrative Support - Finance team member for a permanent position.  Reporting to the Program Support Supervisor, you will provide financial administrative support services for the Southern Region, as well as other areas as needed.

The successful candidate will form part of the administration team that serves a wide range of clients including, but not limited to, various Ministry staff, Ministry executives, branches, divisions, and external stakeholders.

This position is primarily focused on financial support; however, as a member of the Program Support team, you will be required to support the human resources and accommodations workstreams if needed.

Typically, to qualify for this position, your training would be through a diploma in office education or office administration and/or several years of relevant experience.
