Description

The Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a permanent part-time Yard Clerk for our Agro Centre located at 1625 Caribou West in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

What you will do:
- Provide safe, courteous, efficient, and customer-focused service at our Agro Centre.
- As a brand ambassador, you will model living the brand everyday through our guiding statements and our values of excellence, trustworthy, community and people first.
- You will consistently provide exceptional service to all customers at the Agro Centre including providing full service at the fuel pumps as required.
- You will operate a point-of-sale terminal.
- You will carry out product deliveries in a safe manner including completing daily truck and trailer safety checks and pre and post inspections.
- You will complete general merchandising of the Agro Centre including receiving merchandise, loading and unloading product and stocking shelves.
- You will perform general groundskeeping and housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, and clean including upkeep of the Agro Centre cardlock and fuel pumps.
- You will operate and maintain all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
- You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
- You have 3-5 years retail experience incl. agriculture-related experience.
- You have experience pulling a trailer and operating a forklift and skid steer.
- You have a valid Class 5 license and must be willing and able to obtain a G Endorsement (heavy trailer). A desire to obtain a Class 1A would be an asset.
- You are capable of demonstrating worksite mobility (i.e., lifting up to 50lbs, working in a variety of weather conditions, etc.)
- You are able to work effectively with the public and have excellent customer service skills.
- You are able to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
- You are available to work weekdays as well as Saturdays.
