Job Duties/ Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare budget and cost estimates;
Address customers complaints or concerns;
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
Ensure food service and quality control;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
Prepare and submit reports;
Supervisor and check assembly of trays;
Supervise and check delivery of food;
Establish work schedules;
Skills Requirements:
Skills: Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and ability to supervise people;
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 1-2 years of work experience is required.
