Facility: INTERSECTORAL SERVICES
Job Description: Provision of Mobile Early Learning events and services in Nipawin, Tisdale, Melfort and surrounding communities.  Regional travel is required.
Required Qualifications

A post-secondary degree in Education  with a focus on early childhood development
Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform strategic planning for early learning environments
Ability to apply research findings and best practice models into all aspects of program delivery
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions while working effectively with others as part of a team
Demonstrated ability  to engage and develop working relationships with individuals, groups and community in the early years
Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of early childhood programming in community
Demonstrated ability to translate early childhood knowledge into practice across a range of facilities
Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of cultures
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development theory and skill to translate into environments
Experience implementing cultural programming across diverse populations
Experience implementing early childhood programming across facilities
Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation in early years environments
Experience working with young children and families in a community based organization
Familiar with community resources and services
Familiar with the principles of population health promotion, primary and
