The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General provides a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan; promotes safe and secure communities; and provides legal and justice policy advice to the government.
The Ministry is responsible for justice services and court administration services, legal aid, prosecution services, administrative tribunals, civil and family justice services, compliance and enforcement, policy and providing legal and legislative services to the Government.
The Financial Services Branch is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated administrative professional to join us in the role of Executive Coordinator.
As a part of the branch's management team and reporting to the Executive Director, the Executive Coordinator supports the branch and provides administrative support to the Executive Director as required. The Executive Coordinator also plays a critical role in interactions with other areas of the ministry and the Deputy Minister's Office.
Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:
- A combination of formal education in business or office administration, combined with senior-level administrative work experience; and,
- Experience using a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
