The Partnerships, Privacy and Legislative Services Branch has an opportunity for a Senior Policy Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic team member with Indigenous policy experience in research and analysis that can provide recommendations on key policy topics related to First Nation and Mtis health. As a Senior Policy Analyst your role will involve an inter-governmental approach to engagement with Federal, provincial, territorial, First Nation and Mtis government organizations and Indigenous community health agencies.

The successful candidate will have:

- Knowledge of, and respect for, First Nations and Mtis culture, protocol, traditions, and values;
- Knowledge of First Nations and Mtis health including challenges;
- Knowledge of Saskatchewans health system trends and issues, structure and stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience developing and building collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders; and
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through:
- A Bachelors degree in a social science, health administration, or a related discipline along with experience in public policy development.
