Description:
Langenburg Motors is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to act as a liaison between our clients and our technical service team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive services, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with service inquiries.
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
Coordinate with technicians on service orders.
Process service payments and manage service records.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or automotive service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
