Looking for full time office administrative assistant. Duties to include but not limited to:
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, publications, reports and related material.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay calls and messages.
- Determine and establish office procedures.
- Record and prepare minutes for meetings.
- Record employees hours and run payroll.
- Ensure all accounts payable and receivable are processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
